A`HEAD was founded in Stavanger in 2003. Two of the three original founders are still part of the team.

Over time, we have developed an extensive network among leaders and professionals in the Stavanger region. Leaders often seek a confidential conversation with one of us when they are looking for new challenges.

Bjørn Helle

Bjørn Helle is a partner at A`HEAD Executive. Since 2004, he has worked as an advisor in search and selection.

Bjørn has previously served as a Senior Consultant at Visindi, Managing Director of the Stavanger office at Randstad, and later responsible for business development nationally and global client relations at Randstad.

He holds a master's degree in International Marketing from the University of Western Scotland and a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Stavanger.

Bjørn has been working in strategic consulting and leadership selection since 2004, both regionally and nationally. He possesses in-depth knowledge of various industries, with a primary focus on the oil and gas sector, and specialized expertise in finance and economics.

With broad national and international experience, Bjørn is one of the leading advisors in his field in the Stavanger region. Bjørn is characterized by his strong determination, adept at building and nurturing lasting relationships. He has cultivated a wide and loyal customer portfolio.

Lin Therese Reese is a partner at A`HEAD Executive. She has played a key role in the company's growth and success

Lin Therese has a background in recruitment, education, counseling, and research. She began her career as a teacher in high school, where she taught subjects like German, legal studies, and psychology. She has also worked as a recruitment and career advisor at NAV (Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration).

After working at Mercuri Urval (a recruitment company) in Stavanger, Lin Therese was part of the founding team of A`HEAD in 2003. She started as a researcher in all recruitment processes and is now responsible for leading and conducting complete recruitment processes.

She is passionately interested in leadership and personality psychology, and she is a sought-after mentor for young individuals seeking guidance in education and career choices. She has a unique ability to inspire and motivate others.

Reese holds a Cand. Mag. degree from NTNU in psychology, German, and law. Additionally, she has a master's degree in International Hotel & Tourism Management from the University of Stavanger/Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, UK. Lin Therese Reese is a certified user of psychometric tests from Hogan Assessment Systems.

Stig-Rune Reese

At A`HEAD, the consultants conducts research themselves. The consultant has the experience and the network, and understands the assignment.

Stig-Rune Reese

Stig-Rune Reese is the Managing Partner at A`HEAD Executive and one of the founders of the company.

He began his career as a military officer in the Air Force, where he worked on appointments and promotions for senior officers for several years.

He concluded his military career as the Secretary-General of the Academy Trained Officers' Association (KOL). Following that, he started as a business consultant at the recruitment firm Mercuri Urval, first in Oslo, and later in Stavanger.

In 2003, together with two colleagues, Reese founded A`HEAD Executive, a leading executive recruitment and consulting firm in Stavanger. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success by developing strategic partnerships with top clients and assisting in placing leaders in key positions. He has consistently been the company's leader.

Reese is known for his passion for leadership, personality psychology, and evolutionary psychology. He has an executive level education from the Air Force Academy and a Cand. Mag. degree in law and political science from the University of Oslo. He is a certified user of several personality tests and was one of the first in Norway to use psychometric tests from Hogan Assessments in 2004. Reese is currently a certified "train the trainer" for Hogan.
