Stig-Rune Reese

Stig-Rune Reese is the Managing Partner at A`HEAD Executive and one of the founders of the company.

He began his career as a military officer in the Air Force, where he worked on appointments and promotions for senior officers for several years.

He concluded his military career as the Secretary-General of the Academy Trained Officers' Association (KOL). Following that, he started as a business consultant at the recruitment firm Mercuri Urval, first in Oslo, and later in Stavanger.

In 2003, together with two colleagues, Reese founded A`HEAD Executive, a leading executive recruitment and consulting firm in Stavanger. Since then, he has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and success by developing strategic partnerships with top clients and assisting in placing leaders in key positions. He has consistently been the company's leader.

Reese is known for his passion for leadership, personality psychology, and evolutionary psychology. He has an executive level education from the Air Force Academy and a Cand. Mag. degree in law and political science from the University of Oslo. He is a certified user of several personality tests and was one of the first in Norway to use psychometric tests from Hogan Assessments in 2004. Reese is currently a certified "train the trainer" for Hogan.
